          One of the most unique services we offer is called Mobile Line Boring. It can be best described as a mobile machining process that allows us to bring holes on machinery back to factory specifications. Once the holes have become worn beyond tolerance they are unsafe and need to be built up by way of a robotic welder and machined back to factory size. There is no need for over-sizing of holes and use of non-factory parts, the best way is to simply have our mobile service come to you and rebuild your original equipment. This is a precision skill and our tolerances for this service is held to 1/1,000th of an inch.

Going hand in hand with Line Boring is Robotic Bore Welding. This is a process which produces a weld overlay on the worn section of a workpiece, it can then be machined back to its original size. Automated Bore Welders can be superior to hand-welding. They are faster, provide smoother welds, and allow you to access hard-to-reach or small bores. They do not distort or weaken the base metal and provide a longer lasting solution. Bore Welders are portable and can be used in both field and shop repairs.
